Bevin Berube is a member of the Risk Management & Insurance Law Practice Group. She has over a decade of experience representing insurers in coverage disputes and bad faith actions throughout California’s state and federal courts. She handles a variety of commercial and insurance coverage disputes with extensive experience managing insurance fraud, theft claims, first and third-party coverage disputes and bad faith/extracontractual actions.
Bevin’s additional knowledge base icludes commercial, inland marine and homeowners’ policies and claims involving fire, wildfire, water, weather conditions, earth movement and vandalism. She has previous experience with product liability, construction defect, landlord-tenant disputes and community association law which adds value to her analysis, strategy and overall case handling.
Prior to joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, Bevin worked for a boutique firm that focuses on insurance counseling and litigation.
Bevin is an avid runner who spends her free time participating in community charity runs. In particular, she is a strong supporter of Train 4 Autism and the Annual Aut2Run. Bevin is also involved in Project Outreach and acted as a volunteer mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution.
