Brandon Howard is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, Product Liability and Business Solutions Practice Groups. He focuses on the defense of catastrophic personal injury matters, trucking and transportation, product liability, fire litigation and commercial litigation throughout the State of California.
Mr. Howard represents Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, trucking and transportation companies, utility companies, manufacturers and distributors, retailers, hospitality companies and individual businesses.
The prior experience Brandon brings to Haight includes general civil litigation, employment discrimination, wage and hour, landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainers, contract disputes and personal injury.
Mr. Howard handles cases throughout the California state and federal court system from early intake all the way through numerous trials where he has acted as chair and co-chair. He has taken hundreds of depositions including plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, experts and other parties, drafted extensive law and motion, discovery and negotiated settlements via mediation and obtained other successful case-related resolution.
When Mr. Howard is not working, he enjoys going on hikes and playing sports. He also likes to use his previous work as a sushi chef to throw events for his friends.
