Mr. Moore is a member of the Employment, Food Safety, Product Liability, Transportation Law, Business Solutions, and General Liability practice groups. His litigation experience includes evaluating cases, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, mediation, and trial preparation. Mr. Moore’s clients have included public entities, retailers, medical device manufacturers, commercial and residential property owners, and trucking companies. Mr. Moore has successfully defended product liability, premises liability, government tort, and general negligence actions.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Moore was an archaeologist and worked on projects in Greece, Spain, Romania, and Mexico. He also worked for archaeological firms in the United States conducting survey and excavation pursuant to CEQA, NAGPRA, and NHPA guidelines. Mr. Moore’s prior legal experience includes working for in-house counsel in the transportation and apparel industries. Mr. Moore considers this background invaluable to his legal acumen.
While in law school, Mr. Moore was a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and won awards for appellate brief writing.
