Caroline Fawley is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Construction Law, Fire Litigation and General Liability Practice Groups. She routinely defends cases that are complex, have high exposure potential and often arise from catastrophic personal injuries relating to trucking and transportation, product liability and other personal injury litigation in addition to managing litigation arising from construction workplace injuries, construction defect and other construction law matters.
Her clients include trucking and transportation companies, product manufacturers, Fortune 500 retail and hospitality entities, contractors, subcontractors and developers.
As an experienced litigator, Caroline easily maneuvers state courts throughout California. She administers her cases from inception and pre-litigation analysis and strategy all the way through discovery, law and motion, negotiations and trial preparation. She has taken and defended numerous depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives and experts.
Caroline establishes interactive relationships by regularly communicating matter status to clients, insureds and claims representatives. She appreciates the value of input from her clients and how it can enhance her overall handling and build upon her experience.
Caroline is a member of the Marin County Bar Association and serves as a volunteer attorney for the Marin Pro Bono Network. Caroline lives in San Rafael with her husband and two young sons. In her free time, she enjoys trail running and taking her boys on urban hikes in San Francisco.
