Elizabeth W. Lawley is a member of the Construction Law, General Liability and Product Liability Practice Groups. She is a well-established litigator with a flourishing practice focused on defending clients involved in complex civil and business litigation disputes. Ms. Lawley has resolved numerous multi-million dollar claims through mediation, motion practice, and trial. For more than 15 years, she has specialized in litigation involving construction defect, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and commercial and civil rights/ADA litigation.

Elizabeth has represented numerous construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers, and insurers. She counts among her clients, a prestigious national home building corporation with projects throughout California, window manufacturers, roofers, HVAC, tile, and masonry contractors.
