Evan is a member of the Construction Law, General Liability and Professional Liability Practice Groups. His comprehensive practice encompasses all phases of civil litigation from initial pleadings through written discovery, depositions, law and motion, expert discovery, trial preparation, second-chairing trials, and writing appeal briefs.
He has represented public and private clients in litigation involving negligence, products liability, employment disputes, professional malpractice, and complex multi-party construction defect cases including matters related to professional liability, delay claims, payment disputes and breach of contract.
While in law school, Evan was an extern for Chief Magistrate Judge Joseph Spero of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Evan has provided pro bono services for a number of years to homeless and marginally-housed individuals in the Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco.
