Francisco Yeverino is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability and Business Solutions Practice Groups. He primarily focuses on defending personal injury actions arising from trucking and transportation and general liability matters.
Mr. Yeverino’s clients include trucking and transportation companies, hospitality companies and retailers, Fortune 500 companies, business owners and other individuals.
Mr. Yeverino handles matters from pre-litigation analysis and strategy through discovery, law and motion, client communications, settlement negotiation and resolution including mediation and trial preparation. He has taken and defended depositions of plaintiffs, percipient witnesses and corporate representatives.
Francisco graduated from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Entertainment and Media Law. During law school, Francisco was the Communications Chair of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program and President of the Entertainment Law Society. As a trial advocate, Francisco and his team became the national champions of the 2021 All-Star National Brackett-Challenge. After law school, Francisco completed the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) Fellowship, which included externing with Superior Court Judge, Elaine Mandel.
Francisco enjoys acting, directing and screenwriting in his free time and can often be found attending movie festivals.
