Mr. Reaume’s practice focuses on construction, real estate development, and commercial matters. He has litigated large dollar value, high profile cases with major developers and contractors throughout California. Prior to joining Haight, Mr. Reaume focused on construction and real estate disputes at a well-known boutique litigation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. His experience includes litigation on major hotel developments in Southern California, the Golden 1 Stadium in Sacramento, and major public works projects in San Francisco.
Mr. Reaume’s background in business supports his transactional practice. He has worked as the Director of Operations for a large general contractor in Southern California and as a finance analyst for the State of California, and draws upon that experience to provide practical solutions to his client’s business problems. His areas of expertise include strategic and operational best practices, risk management and insurance coverage, and business formation and restructuring. Mr. Reaume is particularly experienced in contract drafting and negotiation for construction and real estate development projects.
Mr. Reaume also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license and has extensive experience negotiating lease, purchase, and sale agreements.
During his free time, Mr. Reaume enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, traveling, spending time with his family, and being outdoors.
