Gregory Reaume is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, General Liability and Transactional Practice Groups. He focuses on litigation related to construction law and commercial matters. His clients include national and regional construction companies, contractors and subcontractors, insurance companies, businesses and individuals.
Prior to joining Haight, Greg worked at a civil litigation firm where he handled construction and real estate disputes. His comprehensive litigation experience includes navigating all phases of case handling, including pre-suit case evaluation, law and motion practice and trial preparation. He is also experienced in negotiating, drafting and reviewing real estate and business contracts for individuals and a wide range of businesses. His business background and understanding of insurance enable him to effectively counsel clients on risk management.
Greg’s background includes an in-house counsel position for a commercial construction firm in Los Angeles and he previously owned a boutique law firm focusing on construction litigation. He has particular insight into the construction industry because it has been an integral part of his family history. He has worked for both commercial and residential construction companies in operational capacities and understands the issues that contractors face from the ground up. This understanding allows Greg to effectively counsel his clients and provide solutions regarding insurance coverage, strategic and analytical best practices and operational efficiencies.
During his free time, Greg enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu, spending time with his family, and being outdoors.
