Overview
John Arbucci is a member of Haight’s Business Solutions, General Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. John has been a civil litigation attorney for over 10 years and his practice currently focuses on complex civil and business litigation. He also has significant experience in legal malpractice, medical and dental malpractice, class actions and mass tort litigation. John has co-chaired four jury trials, one bench trial and an arbitration hearing in FINRA. He has obtained significant verdicts and settlements throughout his career and has also successfully argued before the California Court of Appeal. John has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list every year since 2015.
John’s clients have included physicians and dentists; hospitals; real estate title insurance companies; insurance carriers; individual business owners and board members. John also obtained his real estate salesperson license in 2015.
