Mr. Gilmore is a member of the Business Solutions, Transportation Law, and General Liability practice groups. His litigation experience includes drafting initial pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, authoring motions, and preparing for mediation and trial. Mr. Gilmore’s clients have included retailers, manufacturers, distributors, trucking companies, insurance companies, public entities, and artists.

Prior to joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, Mr. Gilmore externed for the Honorable Michael R. Wilner of the United States District Court for the Central District, where he researched and drafted opinions and attended hearings, settlement conferences, and trials. Mr. Gilmore previously worked for two boutique law firms in Los Angeles County, where he gained extensive experience in drafting contracts and protecting his clients’ valuable intellectual property.

While in law school, Mr. Gilmore was the Scheduling Chair of the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program and an Associate Editor of Southwestern Law Review. Also while in law school, Mr. Gilmore became the first Southwestern student to be published in the prestigious National Law Review.
