Jeffrey M. Zech

Overview

Jeffrey Zech is a member of the Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on defending matters relating to complex multi-party construction defect cases, personal injury litigation, and general liability.

His clients include general contractors, subcontractors, and developers for which he has handled a variety of litigation and transactional matters, as well as Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers, and corporate and individual clients involving personal injuries and general liability.

Jeffrey is experienced with state and federal courts throughout California and effectively handles the daily management of his files beginning with pre-litigation analysis and strategy, discovery, law and motion, resolution via mediation, summary judgment and other dispositive motions, all the way through appellate work. He has taken and defended numerous depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts.

In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and skiing.
