Kyle is a member of the Employment & Labor, General Liability, and Transportation Law practice groups. His practice focuses on a variety of frequently high-exposure, complex matters arising from premises liability, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance defense. His practice also includes defending clients against employment and labor actions arising from wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, FEHA and class action matters. Kyle also advises and counsels clients regarding compliance with evolving and complex employment regulations, including in areas such as wage and hour issues, discrimination and harassment, employee leave laws, and more.
