Kaitlin is a member of the firm’s Construction Defect, General Liability and Risk Management & Insurance Law Practice Groups. She is experienced at preparing coverage opinions, taking and defending depositions and developing effective strategies and solutions to defend her clients and effectively resolve their cases.
Kaitlin has experience with all aspects of litigation, from the initial pleading stages through resolution of the matter. This is reflected in her successful resolution of matters prior to trial through motion practice or mediation.
Kaitlin’s clients have included insurance carriers, business owners, retailers and construction companies throughout the State of California. Interestingly, she is familiar with equine law which has been a niche practice that adds a unique angle to her legal experience. She also gained valuable insight from her prior experience representing banks and financial institutions. The variety of Kaitlin’s experience has contributed to her ability to thoroughly analyze her client’s cases and develop successful plans for effective resolution.
Kaitlin lives in San Diego County with her husband Parris and Cali, their Siberian Husky. When she’s not solving her client’s legal issues, she enjoys spending her free time traveling, hiking and attending concerts.
