Overview

Lawrence Iglesias is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability & Fire Litigation Practice Groups. He aggressively defends matters involving personal injury that are complex and catastrophic in nature.

His clients include trucking and transportation companies, product manufacturers, utility companies, Fortune 500 companies, individuals and other businesses. Lawrence uses his negotiation skills to focus on extrication, but when resolution is stalled or not possible, he skillfully works through discovery and law and motion toward strengthening his cases for additional settlement discussions, resolution or trial when necessary to obtain the best results for his clients. His written and oral communication skills make him an effective advocate, and he advises his clients regularly so they remain current on the status of his cases, updated strategy and analysis.

Lawrence handles matters in state and federal courts throughout California and his experience includes managing his matters from pre-litigation analysis through law and motion, discovery, settlement negotiations, mediation, arbitration and trial. He has taken hundreds of depositions of parties, percipient witnesses and expert witnesses. Lawrence’s experience in complex international business disputes, employment retaliation, consumer class action defense, and prosecution of contract and tort actions adds valuable perspective and insight to his current practice.

During his down time, Lawrence enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and exploring the Lake Tahoe region.
