Lisa Omoto is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She has experience handling all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigations, initial evaluations, discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation.
Lisa has extensive experience defending various clients in fire loss claims throughout all phases of litigation and trial, as well as pre-litigation claims involving inspections of fire scenes with origin and cause experts and evidence exams with experts of various disciplines.
She defends Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals in a variety of tort-based litigation, including products liability, business disputes, premises liability, and transportation and trucking. She has also represented law firms and accountants in professional liability litigation and arbitration. Before joining Haight Brown & Bonesteel, she also defended employers in workers’ compensation and subrogation matters.
Outside of practice, Lisa enjoys running, hiking, and traveling. She is a former collegiate athlete and is an avid San Francisco Giants fan.
