Ms. Williams is a member of the Professional Liability, Construction Law and Product Liability practice groups. Her practice has an emphasis on the defense of businesses and corporations in a variety of matters, including breach of contract, personal injury, product liability, tort, warranty claims, and negligence.

Ms. Williams is knowledgeable in all phases of litigation in the state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and arguing dispositive motions as well as engaging in discovery, factual investigations, depositions and court appearances. Ms. Williams takes pride in effectively communicating with her clients to develop winning strategies and resolutions in any context.

Ms. Williams has helped defend clients against multi-million dollar lawsuits and has successfully brought dispositive motions in a number of cases defeating whole causes of action or the entire lawsuit. Such accomplishments include Ms. Williams’s successful summary adjudication motion on behalf of a client defending a multi-million dollar product defect case. The motion successfully defeated four causes of action brought by the plaintiff who had alleged violations of an existing agency relationship between defendant and plaintiff.

Ms. Williams actively participates in local and international organizations in her community, volunteering on committees and speaking at conferences.

Ms. Williams is a former collegiate volleyball player at the University of Pennsylvania where she earned distinction as the fourth player in the program’s history to record over 1,000 career kills.
