Mona A-Sanaei

Overview

Mona A-Sanaei is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. She focuses on the defense of general contractors, subcontractors and homeowners in complex multi-party construction defect litigation and personal injury litigation.

Her clients include national and regional construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, Fortune 500 companies, retail and hospitality companies, individuals and other businesses.

Mona has experience in state courts throughout California and she manages her files from early pre-litigation analysis and strategy through discovery, deposition, law & motion, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial. She has second chair trial and arbitration experience and extensive experience working with construction law experts in particular. She has taken and defended depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives and experts.

During her free time, Mona enjoys reading, traveling, experiencing different cultures and food. She is bilingual (English & Farsi) and is working on her French.
