Frances Brower was successful in obtaining an early dismissal of an asbestos claim through the filing of a dispositive motion. Plaintiffs claimed they were exposed to asbestos contained in the defendant’s products, thereby causing the unfortunate diagnosis of mesothelioma. Given the lack of evidence demonstrating any connection between the plaintiffs’ claimed exposure and the defendant’s products, the plaintiffs agreed to dismiss their case against the defendants in advance of the hearing on the dispositive motion.
