Maria Elena Parada is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Employment & Labor and Transportation Law Practice Groups. In her practice, she defends civil litigation involving personal injury and other damages resulting from automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and employment and labor disputes.
Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, transportation companies, businesses and individuals.
Ms. Parada handles matters throughout the California state and federal courts. She manages her cases from pre-litigation analysis through discovery, law and motion, mediation and other settlement negotiations and trial. She has sat second-chair at trial and defended hundreds of depositions of parties, percipient witnesses and experts.
When Maria Elena is not practicing law, she enjoys nature walks with her dog, Zumba and spending quality time with her family and friends.
