Monica is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Product Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on matters involving premises liability, personal injury, transportation and trucking claims. Monica has experience handling various aspects of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, preparing law and motion pleadings, and mediation.
Prior to attending law school, Monica attended UC Davis where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Human Rights. Thereafter, she attended law school at The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 2019. In law school, Monica held a leadership role in the Moot Court Honors Society and was named the 2018-2019 Appellate Advocate of the Year.
Outside of the practice of law, Monica is an avid sports fan who enjoys rock climbing, participating in recreational sports leagues, and rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring the burgeoning Sacramento area.
