Nicholas B. Brummel

Overview

Nicholas Brummel is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. He focuses on defending cases related to construction law and surety, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and wrongful death. His clients include national construction companies, contractors and subcontractors, insurance companies, national retailers, hospitality companies, and individuals.

Nicholas attended UC College of the Law, San Francisco. There, he exercised his advocacy as a competitor in the school’s Moot Court team. Nicholas additionally mediated an employment dispute, and served as a volunteer mediator for the San Francisco small claims court while attending UC College of the Law, San Francisco.

Prior to joining Haight, Nicholas worked at a civil litigation firm where he defended clients and businesses against matters involving construction defect, torts/personal injury, employment, and premises liability. His litigation experience includes navigating California courts in all phases of case handling, including pre-suit case evaluation, motion practice and trial preparation.

During his free time, Nick enjoys board games, escape rooms, all things Marvel, and karaoke.
