Paul S. Atigapramoj

Overview

Paul Atigapramoj is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. He primarily focuses on the defense of insurance carriers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect actions involving single family residential developments and homeowners in complex multi-party actions and a variety of subcontractor trades in complex construction defect litigation. He also defends matters arising from personal injury litigation and has additional experience in product liability, toxic tort, insurance defense, business litigation and national counsel work which has enhanced his overall approach and perspective on the cases he handles.

His clients include national and regional construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, Fortune 500 companies, retail and hospitality companies, individuals and other businesses.

Paul has experience throughout California’s federal and state courts and he manages cases from early pre-litigation analysis and strategy through discovery, deposition, law & motion, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial. He has taken and defended numerous depositions of plaintiffs and other parties, percipient witnesses, corporate representatives and expert witnesses.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys cooking, photography and spending time with family.
