During a February 17, 2023 Board of Education meeting, Partner Greg Rolen in his capacity as general counsel addressed the Orange County Board of Education with regard to an investigation into OSHA and allegations of sexual misconduct. A plan to investigate OSHA’s hiring, supervision and safety procedures was discussed in connection with a plan for the OCBE Charter School Unit to organize and present a Public School Safety Forum to inform students, parents, faculty, school employees and members of the public as to best practices for recognizing, reporting and preventing sexual violence on campus.
