Stephanie is a member of the Construction Law, Public Entity, Transportation Law, and Product Liability Practice Groups. She is an experienced full-service litigation attorney who has represented insurance and public entity clients from the pre-litigation stage through trial and appeal. Stephanie’s broad experience includes jury trial defense verdicts in Sacramento County, binding arbitrations in UM/UIM cases, judicial (non-binding) arbitrations, and mediations.

Stephanie is well-versed in all aspects of construction defect litigation and is capable of navigating complex indemnity issues. She has defended subcontractors from the SB-800 pre-litigation inspect and repair process through trial. She also handles commercial and industrial construction defect litigation.

She has taken and defended more than 500 depositions in matters arising out of personal injury, discrimination and wrongful termination, and construction defect. Her law and motion experience is extensive and includes summary judgments resulting in dismissal. In addition, Stephanie works with private business clients on employment issues, including developing employee handbooks and procedures, non-disclosure agreements, termination/cease and desist issues.

Her clients include insurance companies, public entities, private businesses, and trucking and transportation companies.
