Sabira Sherman is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Business Solutions and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She regularly defends catastrophic personal injury cases that often result from accidents related to trucking and transportation. Her commercial litigation experience includes landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and eminent domain defense.
Her clients include trucking and transportation companies, retailers and hospitality companies, Fortune 500 companies, product manufacturers and distributors and individual business owners.
Ms. Sherman handles complex matters from early inception through resolution. She has taken and defended depositions of plaintiffs, experts, corporate representatives and percipient witnesses. Ms. Sherman is familiar with state and federal court actions throughout the State of California. She is experienced with law and motion, discovery, negotiation, resolution and she effectively communicates and interacts with her clients to formulate thoughtful strategies and analysis for each of her cases.
Ms. Sherman’s trial experience includes recently being an active member of a trial team for an LASC jury trial defending an employment and labor matter that involved claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and defamation.
Ms. Sherman has prior legal experience handling the defense of legal malpractice, family law litigation, intellectual property and business litigation which has enhanced her overall approach in her current practice.
When not working, Sabira enjoys exploring creative pursuits and boxing fitness.
