Sinny is a member of the Business Solutions, Product Liability, Transportation Law, Fire Litigation Practice Groups. She is an experienced litigator who has defended insurance companies, trucking companies, real estate developers, corporate entities, national manufacturers and homeowners in matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, insurance subrogation, and real estate and contractual claims. Sinny counsels clients on liability exposure, defense costs and policy issues in initial and continued case evaluation. Throughout her career, Sinny has regularly managed multiple cases ranging from civil litigation to business transactions.

In addition, Sinny is part of the firm’s rapid response team. Her clients are provided with 24 hour access to attorneys and experts to preserve critical evidence moments after an accident occurs. Sinny has significant experience representing truck drivers, brokers, motor carriers and business entities against claims involving catastrophic injuries, complex, and multi-vehicle accidents.

Sinny is familiar with all aspects of file handling from inception through trial. She has second chaired high profile and high exposure jury trials involving multi-party real estate transactions and claims where punitive damages were at stake. She has taken and defended many depositions including party, third-party witnesses and expert depositions. Sinny has extensive experience representing clients in mediation often involving multimillion dollar claims. She has successfully orchestrated settlements between insurance carrier, client and opposing party.

Prior to joining Haight’s Los Angeles office, Sinny practiced law in Northern California  defending matters arising from commercial litigation, products liability, breach of contract disputes, personal injury, and premises liability.
