Willow Karfiol is a member of the firm’s Business Solutions, General Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. She handles matters involving personal injury, premises liability, and transportation and trucking claims.
Willow is engaged in all phases of litigation including legal research, drafting law and motion, propounding and responding to discovery and preparing for depositions and settlement conferences.
Willow graduated from Southwestern Law School with honors. During law school, Willow was the Chair of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program, Associate Editor of the Southwestern Law Review, and President of the Criminal Law Society. After law school, Willow completed the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) Fellowship, which included externing with former Presiding Judge, Kevin C. Brazile.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, persuading friends & family to sell her Park Place in Monopoly, and listening to The Daily.
