Zachary Price is a member of the Product Liability, General Liability, and Construction Law Practice Groups. He has experience in all phases of litigation including managing and directing discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and writing appeal briefs.
Zachary has defended both national and local corporations in cases concerning breach of contract, trade libel, unfair competition, product liability, construction defects, and premises liability. Zachary has extensive experience representing product manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in litigation involving products from a broad range of industries. He also has extensive experience representing general contractors and subcontractors in claims involving commercial developments.
Prior to joining Haight, Brown & Bonesteel, Zachary represented fiduciaries in complex trust and estate matters and advised legal entities on tax planning and regulatory compliance. While in law school, Zachary served as a judicial extern for Judge Sandra S. Ikuta, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and legal intern with the United States Department of Justice, worked at a national products liability and toxic tort firm, and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Victoria L. Schwartz.
