Settlement Highlighted with joint statement applauding former superintendent’s service.
Walnut Creek, Calif., (December 19, 2022) – Today, Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP announced that partner, Gregory J. Rolen secured a six-figure settlement for the now former superintendent of the Sequoia Union High School District.

Additionally, he has served as in-house counsel to California school districts, and a lead city attorney to cities throughout California. Known for his settlement agreements, Rolen has been responsible for some of the most complicated executive departure settlements in the state of California.
Most recently, Rolen was the lead attorney in a precedent-setting education case where a school superintendent was threatened with losing her teaching credential for implementing board of trustees directives.
