Program Description: Is it a matter of outwitting, outplaying and outlasting the opposition? This panel will examine recent high-profile verdicts in employment cases, including the facts, the players and the dynamics that led to the decisions. Panelists will discuss both defense verdicts (i.e. employees getting voted off the island) and plaintiff wins. We will explore lessons that can shape settlement strategies and ultimately lead to resolution (i.e. an immunity idol).
