Overview
Spencer T. Sallander is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, Product Liability and Business Solutions Practice Groups. He focuses primarily on defending matters arising from premises liability, trucking and transportation accidents, destructive fires and product defects.
Clients include Fortune 500 companies, national and regional trucking & transportation companies, retail and hospitality companies, product manufacturers, businesses and individuals.
Prior to joining the Haight team, Spencer practiced at a boutique firm representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in employment, construction, real estate, and corporate litigation. Spencer is a proud alumnus of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where he was an active member of the Real Estate Law Society, Treasurer of the Hospitality Law group, and recipient of the Lloyd Tevis Graduate Award for outstanding achievement in the Commercial Law curriculum.
