Haight Partner Bruce Cleeland walked and raised funds for the JDRF One Walk which took place in Ahaheim, California on November 5, 2017. The Walk raised more than $535,000. JDRF One Walk has one goal: to create a world without type 1 diabetes (T1D).
The money raised supports life–changing breakthroughs that give hope to everyone impacted by this disease. Participants walked with a committed community that is passionate about doing whatever it takes to help turn Type One into Type None.
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly. It has nothing to do with diet or lifestyle—and it’s serious and stressful to manage.
