Overview
Denise Carrillo is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability, and Construction Law practice groups. Her practice focuses on defending trucking and transportation-related personal injury claims and advising clients in high-exposure and complex civil disputes.
In her career as an attorney, Ms. Carrillo has managed all phases of litigation, from pleading through trial, negotiating settlements in complex disputes, and arguing motions before the court.
Ms. Carrillo obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Diego State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time in law school she was the Managing Editor for the Journal of Climate and Energy Law, Treasurer of La Raza Law Student Association, and a teaching fellow of Real Property Law.
