Cristine Capitulo is a member of the firm’s General Liability and Construction Law Practice Groups. She maintains a practice focused primarily on defending general liability, premises liability, construction defect and other complex tort matters.
Cristine represents construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, developers and homeowners in multi-party construction defect litigation, Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, individuals and other businesses.
Ms. Capitulo has handled cases throughout California’s state and federal court system. Her prior experience as an analyst at AIG as well as plaintiff and defense work has given her valuable insight toward effective case management, analysis and strategy. She efficiently manages all aspects of handling from pre-litigation through trial verdict, where she has obtained successful results.
Outside of her legal career, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends, as well as exploring her artistic talents through singing and writing original R&B and Pop music.
