Haight prevailed in a highly contentious classified dismissal matter. In a relatively unprecedented case, the District successfully terminated the sitting CSEA Chapter President. Prevailing in this case involved governance, investigation, discovery disputes and a contested evidentiary hearing. The District prevailed on all charges and CSEA removed their Chapter President.
