Obtained a defense verdict in a subrogation action filed against a truck driver who backed up his big rig into a loading dock and collided with another truck. Defendant disputed liability on the grounds that a security guard guided the truck back into the loading dock, and that the plaintiff insurance company overstated the nature and extent of the damages. Following a one-day trial, the court ruled in favor of the defendant driver and dismissed the entire complaint.
