Plaintiff presented to hospital with injury to his genitals which developed into infection and ultimate loss of part of his penis requiring reconstructive procedures. Plaintiff denied any trauma or activity precipitating his unusual injury. Ms. Haskins obtained a Dismissal of her physician client after taking a very interesting deposition of the plaintiff’s wife.
