Plaintiff (36) underwent oral surgery to correct a congenital underbite and experienced an intraoperative complication requiring additional surgeries to repair a mandibular fracture and for hardware removal. Plaintiff’s husband claimed loss of consortium. Ms. Haskins obtained a dismissal of her hospital client through meet and confer efforts with plaintiffs’ counsel prior to the depositions of the plaintiffs.
