Plaintiffs claimed wrongful death of their husband/father. Decedent (47) was treated at defendants’ hospital status post motor vehicle accident. Decedent committed suicide three days after discharge from the hospital – allegedly due to an untreated traumatic brain injury (TBI). Ms. Haskins provided informal discovery and met and conferred extensively with counsel for the plaintiffs leading to a dismissal of the entire action against all fourteen (14) defendants at the initial Case Management Conference.
