Deena O. Zaki

Overview

Deena Zaki is a member of the firm’s General Liability and Construction Law Practice Groups. She defends clients in matters arising from general liability, premises liability, construction defect, and other complex tort matters. She has previously represented public entities in complex civil litigation defense which enhances the handling of her files, overall approach when communicating with clients, and developing successful strategies and resolution.

Ms. Zaki’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers, hospitality companies, individuals, and other businesses in general liability litigation, and construction companies, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and homeowners in construction defect litigation.

Ms. Zaki is experienced with California’s state and federal court system. Her litigation experience includes pre-litigation analysis and strategy, discovery, depositions, law and motion, and settlement resolution and negotiation.

When Ms. Zaki isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being by the water on a sunny day, and catching up on her favorite shows.
