Ethan Galaif

Overview

Ethan Galaif is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability, Product Liability and Fire Litigation Practice Groups. He defends personal injury actions involving trucking and transportation, premises liability, product liability and other civil litigation matters. He also handles matters arising from destructive fire cases.

Mr. Galaif represents clients that are Fortune 500 companies, trucking and transportation companies, national and regional retailers, product manufacturers, businesses and individuals. Prior to joining the Haight, Ethan worked at a firm that specialized in aviation and aerospace law where he handled of variety of litigation.

Ethan’s experience includes legal research, drafting law and motion, propounding and responding to discovery, and preparing for and attending settlement conferences, depositions, and court appearances. He manages his cases throughout California’s state and federal court system.

In his free time, Ethan enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking and snow skiiing, along with playing guitar and reading.
