Overview

Gail Orr is a member of the firm’s Risk Management & Insurance Law Practice Group. Throughout her career, she has primarily represented national and regional insurance clients in coverage and litigation matters. Gail’s cases include disputes with insurance and among insurance companies on matters involving coverage, bad faith, contribution actions, coverage for construction defect, personal injury, employment and professional liability.

Gail’s prior experience with national insurance companies enhances her perspective when evaluating complex coverage issues and negotiating resolution. Her interaction with her clients and open lines of communication has enabled her to analyze, identify and resolve complicated insurance issues effectively.
