The lawsuit arose out of the manufacture and sale of refuse trucks. Haight’s client was a truck dealer who purchased two trucks that had been marketed as having a newly designed forward entry low cab. The client alleged that the delivered product failed to conform to specifications and sued the seller for breach of contract and fraud. After an eight day jury trial, the jury returned a verdict awarding the client contract and fraud damages.
