Inga V. Middleton

Overview

Inga Middleton is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability, Fire Litigation and Business Solutions Practice Groups. She has extensive litigation experience handling cases that often involve catastrophic personal injury, destructive fires, premises liability, trucking and transportation accidents and commercial litigation. Inga has prior experience managing matters related to product defects, consumer warranties and toxic tort. That experience has enhanced her ability to creatively defend her cases with an insight developed for effective strategy, analysis and resolution.

She manages her cases through all phases of litigation from research to extensive law and motion, discovery and trial. Her clients value her communication skills, broad background and perspective when it comes to defending her cases and understanding how juries react.

Inga spent nearly 20 years in Washington, D.C., where she raised three sons and enthusiastically served as a lifelong advocate of the environment and community service projects. When she’s not in the courtroom or collaborating with clients, you can find her teaching yoga, cycling, running, hiking, or stand-up paddleboarding. She enjoys spending time with her extended family and finding joy in creative pursuits like sewing and cooking.
