Jennifer Condy

Overview

Jennifer Condy is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. She primarily defends clients in construction defect litigation and matters regarding general liability such as premises liability and personal injury cases often involving high exposure and catastrophic injuries and/or damages.

Her clients include construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, Fortune 500 companies, retail and hospitality companies, businesses and individuals.

Mr. Condy has over 30 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts throughout California. She manages her caseload from inception through trial and she has taken and defended hundreds of depositions of plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, expert witnesses and corporate designees. Ms. Condy’s previous experience as a home builder and risk manager has given her valuable insight that enhances her handling of construction law matters.

When Ms. Condy is not practicing law, she enjoys yoga and playing tennis.
