Jeffrey P. Kirwin

Overview

Jeffrey Kirwin is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups. He defends clients against personal injury cases often involving catastrophic injuries as well as complex construction law matters.

Jeffrey’s clients include contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers, other businesses and individuals.

Mr. Kirwin is experienced handling matters through initial inception, discovery, law and motion, settlement negotiations and other resolution and he has taken and defended depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts. He has  prepared cases for trial and drafted and argued various motions before the trial court.
