Overview
Kristine Du is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Product Liability, Fire Litigation, General Liability and Construction Law Practice Groups. She focuses her practice primarily on defending complex cases arising from premises liability, catastrophic fires, trucking and transportation, product manufacturing and general liability related matters.
She represents contractors, subcontractors, insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, individuals and other businesses.
Ms. Du handles cases from inception through trial preparation and has a wealth of experience practicing throughout California’s state and federal court system. She has taken and defended numerous depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, corporate persons most knowledgeable and experts. She has successfully resolved many cases via law and motion, mediation and intricate settlement negotiations. She is organized, efficient and communicates effectively with her clients as she analyzes each of her matters and navigates various strategies to develop and achieve the most satisfying outcomes for her clients.
Outside the office, Kristine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking new food, and traveling.
