Kaitlyn Jensen is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, Fire Litigation, Product Liability and General Liability Practice Groups. She defends complex, high exposure cases related to trucking & transportation, premises liability, automobile accidents, wrongful death, fire litigation, product liability, and other general liability matters.
Her clients include trucking companies, Fortune 500 companies, product manufacturers, insurance companies, national and regional retailers and hospitality companies, and other businesses and individuals.
Kaitlyn effectively litigates matters throughout California’s state and federal courts in all phases of handling, including pre-litigation evaluation, extensive law and motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She routinely takes and defends depositions of plaintiffs, percipient witnesses, and expert witnesses.
Prior to joining Haight, Kaitlyn worked at a civil defense firm where she handled construction, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. She has also litigated transportation cases through successful summary judgment and defended manufacturers in federal court in class actions.
Outside the office, Kaitlyn enjoys moderately competitive athletics, coaching high school and law school mock trial, and anything written by Larry David.
