Overview
Michael F. Caoile is a member of the firm’s General Liability and Transportation Law Practice Groups. He defends clients in matters resulting from premises liability, personal injury, automobile liability, trucking & transportation, insurance defense and other general liability related actions which are often complex, high-exposure and involve traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic personal injuries and damages.
Mr. Caoile’s clients include trucking & transportation companies, Fortune 500 companies, national and regional hospitality and retail businesses as well as business owners and individuals.
Mr. Caoile has successfully represented clients in matters venued throughout California and Nevada. He has previously practiced as a trial attorney for a national insurance company. He has taken and defended several depositions, conducted numerous mediations and successfully resolved civil lawsuits with his settlement and negotiation skills.
