Marc T. Cefalu is a member of the firm’s Transportation Law, General Liability, Employment & Labor and Business Solutions Practice Groups. Mr. Cefalu is a dynamic litigator focusing primarily on defending complex and often catastrophic personal injury cases resulting from general liability, premises liability, wrongful death and trucking and transportation matters. His practice also includes representing management in a variety of employment matters.

Mr. Cefalu represents Fortune 500 companies, national and regional trucking and transportation companies, retail and hospitality companies, banking and financial institutions, business owners and individuals.

Mr. Cefalu has additional experience handling asset-based financing, leasing, real estate, creditor’s rights, and a variety of maritime law including ship and aircraft finance for mortgages, security interests, and defense and prosecution of vessel arrests.
